By downloading, installing, or using the Forged application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The content provided by Forged — including meal suggestions, workout plans, macro targets, calorie recommendations, and nutritional information — is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before beginning any new diet or exercise program. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in the App.
Forged uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized recipes, workout recommendations, and nutrition estimates. This content is algorithmically generated and may not account for all individual health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on any recommendation. Forged makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual needs.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during onboarding; inaccurate information may result in inappropriate recommendations. You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Forged offers subscription-based premium features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Prices are subject to change with notice.
We take your privacy seriously. This section explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for data storage, which complies with SOC 2 Type II security standards. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems immediately, and from backups within 30 days.

Forged is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from following our recommendations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forged shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or health-related outcomes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
